Otter Box Armor for iPod Touch
Design 8/10
On the back we find a removable belt clip that is very durable and solid in usage.
Another nice addition to this Armor case is a removable lanyard that uses a unique T system to lock into place through molded holes. The lanyard attaches to the two top corners (opposite the headphone jack).
The design stays surprisingly thin for the amount of protection this case
packs and it was still very pocketable. Build Quality 10/10 Usage 7/10
One downside which was my same complaint with the Otterbox Defender is that the integrated screen protector is a bit tough and hard to use the iPod through at times. It can also make a somewhat "double press" feel as you have to push down on the screen protector, and then keep pushing to make contact with the iPod screen. It is a necessary piece to keep the case sealed though, so it is something that I think you can live with for the most part.
Price 10/10
Overall the Otterbox Defender is a wonderful case with only one flaw, and
that flaw is the screen protector. If one got adventurous they could probably
easily remove it and if they did so, this would be one of the best cases for the
iPod Touch on the market in my opinion. Pros:

Thanks to Otterbox for the review sample! |
